Pollution Prevention

Brushy Creek has adopted two sets of rules to protect water quality within and downstream of the District. The Illicit Discharge rules prohibit illegal dumping and certain contributions to the stormwater system. The Wastewater Pretreatment rule applies more to industry and commercial businesses within the District, helping control the level of pollutants entering our publicly owned sewer systems.  Links to copies of the two rules are below.
