2-Hour Party During Open Pool Hours)
The District will take reservations for pool parties during times that the pools are open to the general public. They are subject to the direction of the Rental Specialist and the Aquatics Supervisor.
Guidelines:
- There is a 2-hour time limit per pool party.
- One additional hour is allowed for set-up and clean-up
- Application form must be filled out and release form signed.
- Tape, staples, glue, silly string, confetti and pinatas are not permitted. Mounting putty is allowed
- Clean up is the responsibility of party organizer. The District will provide one large trash can.
- Brushy Creek Lifeguards will enforce all of the pool rules and maintain a safe and clean environment at the pools.
- Can serve food and drink - No alcohol, no glass.
- Wristbands must be shown to enter the pool party room.
- Every guest is counted (including non-swimmers).
- Party organizer is required to sign in and out with the Lifeguards before and after the party.
- Must be over 21 years old to organize a pool party. Party organizer must be present for duration of party.
- Party Supervision: Party organizer is responsible for providing adequate adult supervision.
- Our recommended ratio of adults to children during your party
- 1:3 Adults to children 6 years and under
- 1:5 Adults to children 7 years to 12 years
- 1:10 Adults to children 13 years to 19 years
- ADULTS MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER
Rental Fees:
All fees are due at the time of reservation

- $25.00 +5 additional guests *
- $30 Additional Fee for 30+ Guest
- $100.00 refundable cleaning deposit
- Flat Rate Non-Resident
- $145.00 0-15 guests
- $25.00 +5 additional guests *
- $30 Additional Fee for 30+ Guest
- $100.00 refundable cleaning deposit
- One hour total is allowed for both set-up and clean-up. The fee for this one hour is $35.00
Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the event date for a 50% refund.
- Any cancellations made within one week of the rental will receive no refunds.
- In the event of pool closure, (conditions constituting closing of the pool would include but not be limited to: inclement weather, staffing levels, equipment failure, etc.), your booking can be rescheduled or receive a 100% refund.
Pool Rules:
The following is a list of rules for the pool areas:

I. No running is allowed.
ii. No diving is allowed except in designated areas.
iii. No loitering is permitted in the lifeguard stand areas.
iv. Persons under the Age of 14 must not be in the Pool without adult Supervision.
v. Only children eight (8) years of age or younger and under direct supervision are allowed in the baby pool areas.
vi. Children unable to independently swim the pool length must be within an adult’s body length of the supervising person, who shall be over 16 years of age.
vii. All minors under twelve (12) years old must swim the width of the diving well and achieve a wristband before participating. No loitering in the diving well will be permitted. (Creekside Specific)
viii. Swim diapers may be used in a swimming pool. Regular diapers are prohibited in the pool. Changing Diapers within 6 ft. of the pool is prohibited.
x. Do not swim if you have been ill with Diarrhea within the past two weeks.
xi. U.S. Coast Guard life jackets and floats are permitted in the pool facilities.
xii. Only toys and objects designed for use in the water and less than 30” in diameter are allowed in swimming pools.
xii. Extended breath-holding activities are dangerous and prohibited
xiii. No glass containers are allowed in the pool areas.
xiv. No smoking is allowed within each pool facility or within 15 feet of the exterior fence of each pool facility.
xv. No BBQ pits are allowed on the premises.
xvi. No alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, firearms, fireworks, or tiki torches are allowed on the premises. To the extent this prohibition conflicts with any other provision of the laws of the State of Texas, the laws of the State of Texas shall control.
xvii. No abusive or foul language or conduct will be tolerated.
xviii. Except for service dogs, no animals or pets are allowed in the pool areas.
xix. Proper swim attire must be worn at all times.
xx. Patrons are required to comply with lifeguard directives at all times.
