TRX Strength Class
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises to develop your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously—designed for all fitness levels to push you to new levels of strength only using your body weight.

If the class does not meet the minimum of 4 participants, the session will be canceled.
