The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises to develop your strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously—designed for all fitness levels to push you to new levels of strength only using your body weight. In addition to the TRX Suspension Trainer, the class will include strength training, cardiovascular training, core training, boxing, and much more!
