Reverse 911 Communications - Update

Thank you for registering to participate in the Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District’s “Reverse 911” callback system.  We have had an overwhelming interest in participation in this program from the BCMUD community and we are diligently  working on getting over 1000 household’s contact information into the system as quickly as possible.  

We will be conducting our initial test today (March 11), as planned, with a subset of the total residents that have registered with us to ensure that the system is functioning properly before it is fully rolled out to all of you that have indicated an interest.  

We will plan a second test for the larger population later in March and will provide advanced notice of when to expect that test to occur. If you do not receive a reverse 911 callback test notification today, please do not be alarmed.  After the second test in March we will be asking you to notify us if the test failed to reach you.
