The Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District (the “District”) will be soliciting General Contractors for competitive sealed bid proposals for the following work: renovations of Cat Hollow Pool. Scope of Work will include: Re-plaster pool, Upgrade main drains, Replace pool skimmers, Deck tile, Tile in pool, Ladders and railings, Electrical work, Pool Pumps and Low bench walls. Plans (no deposit required) will be available from the Brushy Creek Community Center, 16318 Great Oaks Dr., Round Rock, TX 78681; contact: Jim Donaldson, 512.255.7871 x205. All technical questions regarding this bid should be directed to Jim Donaldson.
Sealed bids must be delivered to Tim Ishman, Parks & Recreation Manager, BCMUD, 16318 Great Oaks Dr., Round Rock, TX 78681-2506, on or before 3:00 p.m. CST, February 10, 2011.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any and all formalities in regard thereto. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days for the purpose of review.
