Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents:

We are pleased to announce that starting Oct. 1, 2023, the District will offer an option for same-day utility service connection and disconnection.

This option will be implemented to better accommodate residents’ needs and schedules, ensuring the best access to essential utility services when it’s most convenient.

We are excited to offer same-day service, and we also want to be transparent about new surcharges associated with this option, as well as with existing after-hours, weekend, and holiday utility connections and disconnections.

Aligning with industry standards, the District will have updated surcharges relating to the connection and disconnection of services for new and existing customers. These surcharges will also go into effect Oct. 1, 2023.

We understand these changes may raise questions or concerns, and we are here to address any inquiries you may have.
