- Approve Board Meeting Minutes from the following meetings: December 5, 2024 and December 12, 2024.
- Adopt Order approving Change Order with Progressive Commercial Aquatics to convert the Sendero Springs Baby Pool chemical system.
- Adopt of Order Approving Contract with Deer Oak for District Employee Assistance Program.
- Adopt Order approving the following District job descriptions:
- (a) Public Works Administrative Specialist;
- (b) Public Work Administration Assistant;
- (c) Recreation Administration Assistant;
- (d) Facilities Administration Assistant; and
- (e) Facilities Manager.
- Adopt Orders and Resolutions approving amendments to the following policies and to reflect employee job title changes:
- (a) Investment Policy;
- (b) Utility Billing Policy;
- (c) Community Center Rooms, Gym, and Garden Pavilion Rental Policy;
- (d) Youth Recreation Programs Standard of Care;
- (e) Membership Policies and Rules;
- (f) Electronic Tablet Policy; and
- (g) Personnel Policy.
- Accept report concerning Parks and Recreation operations.
- Accept report concerning the following District Projects:
- (a) Pepper Rock Phase II:
- (b) Sendero Springs Park Playscape Replacement;
- (c) District Trails and Concrete Repair;
- (d) Shirley McDonald Park Trail and Switchback Repairs,
- (e) Community Center Garden (in Phase II);
- (f) Shirley McDonald Landscape Improvements;
- (g) Admin Office Remodeling; and
- (h) Other matters related thereto.
- Accept report concerning the Board Contingency, Unassigned and Capital Outlay, Projects, and Fund Balance Reserves reports.
- Accept report summarizing prior Board of Directors' direction for action by District staff and Board of Directors.
- Discussion and possible action concerning Adoption of Resolution Approving Amended Parks and Open Space Master Plan.
- Discussion and possible action concerning Request for Qualifications for an Employee Compensation Study.
- Discussion and possible action relating to personnel matters:
- (a) District organizational chart;
- (b) Duties and responsibilities of individual District employees;
- (c) Approval of employee job descriptions;
- (d) Status of open job positions and vacancies;
- (e) District PayScale; and
- (f) Other employee-related matters.
- Discussion and possible action concerning review and approval of the Request for Proposal for Solid Waste and Recycling Services.
