• Approved Board Meeting Minutes: December 5, 2024, and December 12, 2024.
• Adopted Order 25-0109-01 approving change order 001 for $10,500.00 and approving addition to the contract for District Pool Chemical Conversion Project with funding from FY25 budget reserve.
• Adopted Order 25-010902 approving contract proposal for the Deer Oaks Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Contract.
• Accepted the Parks and Recreation Operations report as presented.
• Accepted the Board Contingency, Unassigned and Capital Outlay, Projects, and Fund Balance Reserves reports.
• Accepted Board direction report.
• Approved the FY25 Solid Waste and Recycling Request for Proposal and Wilco Sun Publication.
• Adopted Order 25-010903 approving the Public Works Administrative Specialist, Public Works Administrative Assistant, Recreation Administrative Assistant, Facilities Administrative Assistant, and Parks and Facilities Manager job descriptions.
• Approved the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Human Resources Consulting Services for a Classification, Total Compensation, and Benefits Study.
• Adopted the following orders and resolutions approving amended policies:
  (a) Order 25-0109-04 Investment Policy;
  (b) Order 25-0109-05 Utility Billing Policy;
  (c) Order 25-0109-06 Community Center Rooms, Gym, and Garden Pavilion Rental Policy;
  (d) Resolution 05-0109-01 Youth Recreation Programs Standard of Care;
  (e) Order 25-0109-07 Membership Policies and Rules;
  (f) Resolution 25-0109-02 Electronic Tablet Policy; and
  (g) Order 25-0109-08 Personnel Policy.
