District Town Hall Meeting & Open House April 19th

District Town Hall Meeting at 6:00 pm

The Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District will be holding a Town Hall meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at the Brushy Creek Community Center located at 16318 Great Oaks Drive in Williamson County. Town Hall Meetings are open to all District residents and are utilized by the District to discuss information affecting residents and to get feedback on upcoming projects.

Topics that will be discussed at the meeting include:

• Parks and Open Space Master Plan Projects
• Drought Information and Water Supply Planning
• Utility Projects Related to Reducing Water Loss
• Recycling
• Maintenance of Vegetation in District Parks and Greenbelts

 A formal agenda will be available closer to the date of the meeting and will be posted on the District’s web site.

Resident Open House and New Resident Meet & Greet from 4 to 7 pm

In conjunction with the Town Hall Meeting, the District will be holding an Open House for ALL District residents to learn more about the topics to be covered at the Town Hall Meeting and a chance to visit with Board and Staff Members. Information and registration opportunities for programs and memberships will be available.

New Residents that have moved to the District since October 2011 are also invited to this open house style reception to learn more about our District and what all it has to offer. There will be hors d'oeuvres, punch, community center tours, program and event information, as well as activities for the kids in the Game Room or Child Play room.
