On Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 6:00 pm, 75+ Brushy Creek Residents joined members of the District Staff, Board of Directors, Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee, and Villages of Brushy Creek HOA Board to re-open Little Village park with a ribbon cutting ceremony and celebration.

Little Village Park is the first of many parks around the District that will see improvements over the next several years thanks to the approval of the Parks & Open Spaces Master Plan.

Upgrades to Little Village Park included a brand new playscape, a walking trail, new benches, a grill, and night lighting throughout the park.
