All of our programs are modified to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and are a great way to jumpstart your new fitness routine. Adult Offerings
Women's Self Defense Class *NEW*
This class will help develop methods for handling confrontation and build confidence and self esteem about personal defense. Students will learn basic striking techniques and practice what you learn on live targets. The Instructor is Ben Johnson, a fifth degree Black Belt in the Korean Martial Art
Tang Soo Do and owner of Aim and Focus Karate.

10k Training Program
Come be a part of the BC 10k training program. Get ready for the upcoming Spring race season! The group will meet every Tuesday from 6-7 pm for training, nutritional guidance, and running form improvements. Beginner, intermediate, and Advanced runners welcome! We are only accepting 15 participants, so sign up today!

Brushy Creek 50 *NEW*
Brushy Creek 50(BC 50) is a program specifically designed to help those who want to lose 50 lbs or more. The BC Fitness team has partnered with other fitness industry professionals to provide a comprehensive program built to enable a successful lifestyle change. Current partners include Mel's Meals, St.David's Round Rock and Hill Country Running. The BC 50 program will strive to provide participants with the correct mindset, information and support to start your weight loss journey. The program will consist of weekly workout routines and guest speakers ranging from nutritionists to sports equipment providers. Most classes will take place away from other Rec. Center members to allow for a comfortable training environment.

Zumba Fitness
Come join the sensation known as Zumba! Zumba fitness is aerobic and fitness interval training done to a combination of fast and slow rhythms found in Latin and international music.

BC Fitness Bootcamp
The BC fitness bootcamps are a great way to get a structured, high intensity workout in one hour. Our personal trainers use a variety of workout routines to help you firm and tone your body, and reduce fat and inches. Boot Camp is a balanced total body group exercise class that incorporates cardio and strength training with various equipment and body weight. All fitness levels welcome. Ages fifteen (15) and up. Morning and evening sessions available.

Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha flow yoga uses a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a vigorous series to build strength and increase endurance, flexibility, and muscle tone. Classes are appropriate for yoga students who have practiced yoga for at least one month and are seeking a stronger physical workout in their yoga practice.

R.I.P.P.E.D.
R.I.P.P.E.D. is a total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, --- Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. Each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format.

Youth Soccer League
Little Kickers get ready for Brushy Creek's 3 v 3 Soccer League! Come join one of the best youth soccer leagues in the area! Our recreational youth league is designed for kids to learn the fundamentals of the game, develop self-esteem, understand the value of teamwork and good sportsmanship, while having FUN! This league consists of separate 3 - 4 and 5 - 6 year old divisions. Weeknight practices and games. Ages: 3-6

Golf Skills 101
Golf in Schools curriculum has been designed by PGA Professionals, school administrators, and elementary school teachers. Our combined experience of working with children and teaching the game of golf come together to form a truly effective program for children to learn the game. Our instructors receive extensive training in student behavior and classroom management to ensure that each class receives the most effective instruction. Kinderdance/gym/tots
