The Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District is accepting pricing proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Lease for Commercial Swimming Pool Sanitation Equipment for four (4) facilities located within the District.

Procurement package distributed: January 27, 2014
Site Visit to four commercial swimming pools:  Wednesday, February 4, 2014, 10:00 a.m. (meet in Bushy Creek Community Center lobby)
Questions due from Vendors:  Wednesday, February 12, 2014
Answers provided to Vendors:  Thursday, February 13, 2014
Responses due from Vendors:  February 19, 2014
Staff Recommendation to Board of Directors:  March 6, 2014
Estimated Implementation and Completion Date:  mid to late March 2014 with completion by end of April, 2014
