District Seeking Pricing Proposals for Construction of New Well #5 Pump Station

Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District is accepting pricing proposals from qualified vendors to provide construction of a new pump station at a ground water well site on District property.

There will be a pre-bid conference at the Brushy Creek Community Center, 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, TX, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2014.  Noah Shaffer from Halff Associates, Inc. will discuss the project.

Sealed Pricing Proposals are due by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2014, to Tami Nagar, Administrative Services Specialist, Brushy Creek MUD, 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, TX  78681.   The Sealed Proposals will be opened publicly at 12:01 p.m. on Monday, March 3, 2014, at the Brushy Creek Community Center, 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, TX  78681.

Staff recommendations will be presented to the Board of Directors at their March 13, 2014 Board Meeting. 

Estimated notice to proceed and completion date:  Begin Mid-March 2014, Complete by Mid-May, 2014.
