District Seeking Proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services

Brushy Creek MUD is seeking proposals for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Community Center Expansion Project.  The selected Construction Manager will assist the District with cost estimating and scheduling during the Design, Development and Construction Document Phases, and to build the project thereafter as a Construction Manager at Risk.  Sealed proposals are due by and shall be opened by the District at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4, 2015, at the Brushy Creek Community Center, 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, TX  78681.  Sealed proposals and required information must be addressed to the General Manager and received by the deadline above. 

The timeline is as follows:

Questions due:                        10:00 a.m., April 15, 2015
RFPs Due and Opened:         10:00 a.m., May 4, 2015
Notification of short list:           May 7, 2015
Short list Interviews:                  May 13, 2015, schedule TBD
Board of Director approval:   May 28, 2015
Notify Finalist:                            May 29, 2015
CMAR to begin:                       June 2015
