Water and Trash Service

  • Requests take 24 hours to process Monday - Friday
    • Requests may take up to 48 business hours to process during May - August, which is BCMUD Customer Service's peak season.
  • Any requests received on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Any requests received after 5 p.m. will be processed the following business day.
  • Services will be connected or disconnected between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. 
  • There is a $30 Administrative Fee for all new and transfer services.
  • Meter deposits
    • Standard 5/8" meter deposit: $100.00
    • 3/4" meter deposit: $150.00

  • Surcharges are stackable. E.G. If a customer needs to start a new service on the same-day that is also a Saturday and a holiday, the fees applied will be $280 or $330, depending on meter size:
  • a same-day fee ($90.00)
  • a weekend or holiday fee ($60.00)
  • a deposit fee ($100.00 or $150.00 depending on the size of the meter)
  • an Administrative Service Fee ($30.00)  

 

To Connect Service:

There are 2 ways to submit your Service Request to us:

Option 1:

  • Complete the electronic Service Request Form
  • Check "New" under Service Request Information
  • Press the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form  

Option 2:

 

To Transfer Service:

Moving from one house to another within BCMUD, transfer must be within 14 days. 

There are 2 ways to submit your Service Request to us:

Option 1:

  • Complete the electronic Service Request Form
  • Check "Transfer" under Service Request Information for the NEW address
  • Press the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form  
  • Complete a second electronic Service Request Form
  • Check "Final" under the Service Request Information for the address being Finalized
  • Press the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form

To Disconnect Service:
