New residents are billed based on an average usage of 7,000 gallons until the winter average is established. The District uses a sewer average based on four (4) months of water consumption from November through February to calculate your monthly wastewater. Residents may reduce annual bills by conserving water during these four months. New residents may request a three-month consumption history that may be used to adjust a bill below the 7,000-gallon District average.
All sewer adjustment requests must be submitted by April 30, 2025 for consideration

Should you experience a water leak or fill a swimming pool (10,000 gallons or more) during the averaging months, you will need to complete a Sewer Averaging Adjustment Form. Contact Customer Service at 512-255-7871 for sewer adjustment assistance. No adjustments will be approved after April 30 of each year.
